Introducing the KitSound Invader

Thanks to its clever design, the KS Invader has a richer, fuller sound than most standard capsule speakers. Its middle, which expands like an accordion, mimics the resonance of a sub-woofer, meaning it’s capable of producing explosive volume and bass more than ten times its physical size.

The concept of listening to your music on-the-go may have been around since Andreas Pavel invented the personal stereo in the 1960s, but as you can see from its futuristic look, the Invader is an innovatively designed portable speaker. As well as its expanding middle, its 42 mm driver also makes for high quality sound and clear bass, and if you still want more, with the Invader’s modular buddy jack design you can create a self-powered, bass-enhanced portable audio system by connecting a row of speakers together to form an almost endless daisy chain.

The Invader’s futuristic look will really make it stand out in your living room, but beneath the quirky shape lies some cool touches. Simply twist the centre column to open up the speaker and release that extra sub-woofer depth. By pushing it down and twist again it retains its compact shape, making it easy for you to instigate impromptu ‘pop-up’ parties, whether you’re having a picnic in the park, camping in the forest or even during your lunch hour at work. Not only do the Invader’s four legs add stability to the speaker, but three of them discreetly display the power, volume and other controls.

Ultra Portable

Because the Invader’s integrated 3.5 mm audio lead can be tucked neatly in and out of the grooves in the base, it benefits from having a clean, sleek look to rival that of a Bluetooth speaker and weighing less than two cassette tapes (remember those?), the Invader is ultra portable, meaning no extra baggage charge at airport check-in.

Massive Music Play Time

With the Invader’s built-in rechargeable battery giving up to 6 hours of music play time, you’ll never be without music again, especially considering it takes just 2 hours to charge. Simply recharge by plugging the supplied USB cable into a laptop, USB mains charger or USB car charger and spend less time waiting to hear your tunes and more time listening to them.
